InstagramAndy Speer (NASM-CPT) has been a Peloton instructor for over eight years. With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Andy was one of the most sought-after personal trainers in NYC. After a successful run at Equinox where he was one of the country’s top trainers, he opened Soho Strength Lab which became one of Manhattan's elite private training facilities.
Andy has been featured in Men’s Health magazine and was named Men's Health Next Top Trainer in 2014. For years, he was one of NYC’s top fitness models working with brands like Reebok, Nike, Under Armour and Armani.
Today, Andy talks to companies, schools and universities about fitness over 40, mental health, fitness and more. He and his wife, Rebecca Kennedy, live outside NYC with their two rescue pups, Jerry and Sunny.
