Buoys Club is a quarterly community gathering for American leaders working on men’s and boys’ wellbeing. We are a growing intergenerational and intra-identity network of 1000 that has been meeting quarterly since 2024.

This is our 10th edition of Buoys Club since 2024!

Given this milestone and the current socio-cultural climate, we have light programming during the 12-1pm EDT hour. Jay Coen Gilbert (B Corp, WMRJ), Kyle Richard (bystander hero, It's On Us), EJ Dickson (WIRED), Brendan Kwiatkowski-Hartman, Ph.D. (re.masculine), Irving Montgomery (Release Recovery) and a few other known voices and faces in men's health work will spark up an energizing and participatory uplift about the brave new leadership we need from American men right now.

What to expect on October 28:
11am-12pm EDT Building Connections: Meeting + uplifting folks in this work
12pm-1pm EDT Building big ideas for American men's brave new leadership: What's working, what to expand
1pm-2pm EDT Building Collaborations: Open space for the rising chorus to work together

Next up! October 28, 2026 | 11am-2pm EST | ON ZOOM
*You do not have to join for the whole time. If you pop in, please plan to be present for at least 30 minutes.

Buoys Club is convened by Antenna Up for other leaders in business, media, nonprofits, and beyond who are uplifting American men and boys’ mental, physical, and spiritual health in their various spheres of influence.

Buoys Club is part of Antenna Up’s broader ecosystem platforming healthier narratives about American boys and men, so that we can all work better together. The space is decentralized and off-record: we don’t speak for the room and everyone in the room speaks for themselves.

WHAT BUOYS SAY:

“Anyone who just agrees with the premise that men and boys need to be healthier in the United States should be a part of what you’re building.”

“The collaboration frameworks are so helpful and I’ve met so many fantastic people I never would have otherwise.”

“By my third Buoys Club, I felt like I had so many friends already that I could go way deeper with them than normal zoom conversations.”

“I’ve now taken to clearing my entire day of meetings every quarter for Buoys Club. It is such a treat and I leave uplifted, hopeful, and excited about opportunities.”

Love as a Form of Leadership

Janna offers a framework for reimagining leadership itself, what changes when we build institutions, relationships, and culture around love instead of greed.
